Tender phase

When the project is ready to be quoted by a contractor, SK-Touch Interior can work as a client representative by assisting in preparing a list of qualified interior fit-out companies, reviewing submitted bids, provide analysis and help the client compare cost. This phase will ensure that the contractor is quoting correctly based on the provided drawings, bill of materials and bill of quantities.

This guarantees that we maintain quality control of our clients’ projects from start to finish because we have produced the project. We work on all FF&E aspects by procuring Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment's from worldwide factories based on the client’s budget, we deal with BeSpoke customized Furniture manufactures from Italy, Ukraine, China, Lebanon etc… and Lighting Manufacturers from Lithuania, China, Poland etc...
